I'm very confused how to connecting openvpn with ptunnel on centos, sorry i'm newbie in here..
Any master can help me to configure that in centos 5?
Because, I'm truly want to know icmp tunneling if connecting with openvpn ..
Help me please..

openvpn does not do icmp tunneling, you will need icmptx (not supported here)
tunneling over icmp / dns might be possible in openvpn 3.x (no idea when that will happen, it will not be soon)
currently openvpn tunnels over udp or tcp
