Changed Port Number to access web admin tool

I have changed my configuration in an effort to change the port number my clients connect to. I have not only failed in to get this working, I can no longer connect to the service via the web.
when I go to
https://openvpnasip:943/admin (obviously I replace openvpnasip with the real IP address)
I get
The web page at https://openvpnasip.61:943/admin might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
If I try it with the new port number, then I get the same error.
I have checked the port is open, and I have searched for a config file to change this back, but I am having no luck.
Does anyone know how to fix this please.
