Can I change servers by only coping /etc/openvpn to the other server /etc/openvpn?

is this tunnel going to work even in difrents distros and diferent computers?

This can work as long as the config will work on the new server, (ie. openvpn hass been installed correctly), the IPtables rules are identical, (if there are any), all symlinks that might exist in /etc/openvpn are there on the new server.
