OpenVPN Network issues

Hello,
I have had an openvpn setup for a few years now, and it works great for what I used it for. The server is a Windows XP computer, and the clients are windows 7 machines. The clients can connect to the server fine, and they can ping every computer on the servers network. I can use VNC on any of the computers on the servers network. The problem now lies on the client computers, when you go into networks, you do not see any of the computers on the servers network, eventhough you can ping them, you can not see them at all. I have even tried to map a network drive using an IP address, and I couldn't get it done, eventhough I could ping that same IP on the server network. On the client machines, if you go to network and sharing the OpenVPN shows up as unidentified network, could that be an issue? Any thoughts or suggestions is appreciated.
