openvpn 2.1.2 Windows 7 64 bit

Seems that the windows installable version of openvpn 2.1.2 have the tap adapter unsigned so windows 7 64 bit don't install it, version 2.1.1 otherwise has the adapter signed.
Sorry but i don't know how to signal this bug iun other way.

Thank you for reporting this - it will be addressed in the 2.1.3 release.
