OpenVPN Access server on a Windows Vista machine using VMWar

I am running the OpenVPN Access server on a Windows Vista machine using VMWare.
I have 3 options to set on the VMware for my network adapter. Bridged, Host, and NAT.
My computer is connected directly to my cable modem pulling a public IP.
What is the correct way to make the VPN server pingable from the outside internet?
I know I need to forward packets on a given port but I am not sure what IP I forward too.
Is it an IP of the VMWare application itsself?
Also do I have to enable windows firewall to allow port forwarding or can i do it manually somewhere else?
