Can't connect after IP change - need help please

Hi,

Last year, while at my parents, I set up a Rasberry Pi with OpenVPN. I used no-ip.com to register a domain, and it all worked fine.
Today their IP has changed. I've updated no-ip.com, but I can't connect using OpenVPN Connect on Windows.
I can ping the IP address, but if I put it in a browser it says it can't connect.
Do I have any way of getting the VPN working again, save visiting my parents and connecting locally?
