Unable to connect to RDP using mobile hotspot - Jio 5G

I have been working from home from past 4 years using mobile hotspot (Reliance Jio), however, I have noticed that I am unable to connect to RDP using mobile hotspot (particularly with MediaTek phones, Redmi Note 12 Pro+, Vivo V23E 5G), When I use Snapdragon mobile (like MI 11x, Oppo Reno 8T 5G), it will connect and work as normal.

I know this is strange, but can you check this and let me how to fix this issue.

OPenVPN connects via hotspot, and I can browse and download using browser but cannot connect to RDP as it keeps saying "Estimating connection quality' and

If I try connecting using a different mobile, which has snapdragon processer. (vivo Y11 (2019), same Reliance Jio network it works.
The problem happening with this device (Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ which is not a snapdragon processer but has a MediaTek processer.
It is not connecting to Remote Desktop using all MediaTek processer mobiles but works only with snapdragon processer phone.
