Error TLS 'handshake failed' on client side

Hi all,
I have a problem with an OpenVPN connection, on client side.
I had searched on all topics, but I haven't found any solution.
I had checked all parameters and everythig seems to be ok...
- right keys and certificates on both sides (client and server)
- right .ovpn conf file on both sides
- opened 1194 udp port on the router
etc...
The OpenVPN server is installed on a Windows Server essential 2019 edition.
It is running (green icon on taskbar) on server side but I'm not be able to connect to from the client.
I had tested ports opening with the PortQry util on Windows.
I obtained an 'opened filtered' answer.
So I do'nt understand where the problem came from.....
Could anybody help me please ?
