yes, that is my actual problem
i would like to have OpenVPN NOT to reconnect after network outage of any kind (and i'm talking about even closing the lid for 2 seconds)
one workaround is to disallow users to save their passwords for sure. but that can be inconvenient.
i just would like OpenVPN to stay disconnected until they click on connect.
please tell me that it is possible.. (and if how)

so we need to search for another product that we eventually pay for. openvpn is not customizable enough. no sufficient reliable support either.
