connect two item via OpenVPN

Hi,
I am new. I want to connect my PC from one country to another where my PLC is located. The PLC is connected via a router that has an OpenVPN function. I created an Oracle OpenVPN server, downloaded the client.ovpn file. This file is loaded to the router, and to PC OpenVPN connection app.
In the server I see two connection. I have attached picture
My router's IP address is 192.168.1.1, but it doesn't respond to ping requests. However, when I ping the OpenVPN server from both the router and PC, everything works fine, and the server responds to the ping. Where could my mistake be, and can you help me fix it? Perhaps more information is needed?
