WARNING: Compression for receiving enabled. error message...

Hi,
When I started adding users, I get this WARNING message on the first line when I run my server.
Error message: WARNING: Compression for receiving enabled. Compression has been used in the past to break encryption. Sent packets are not compressed unless "allow-compression yes" is also set.
2nd line: -pull-filter ignored for -mode server. What does this two Warning mean, what did I do wrong during adding users?
