OpenVpn Connect MacOs with fixed MTU size

Hello everyone, I have a task to do, hope someone here can find a solution for me and help me

I need to spoof MTU and MSS sizes after openvpn connection, so that websites could see fixed mtu size 1500 and mss 1460
This should be done by editing openvpn connect app, I don't have permissions to change anything on server side.

mssfix 0 doesn't work on most of config files, so the solution should work on different config files despite the config network rules.

I'm ready to pay any amount depending the complexity of solution

(It shouldn't really be 1500 size, but websites should see right that size)
