After updating from vpn version 3.3.4 to 3.4 my connection is not working, with 3.3.4 everything was fine.

After reading all the topics here I still haven't found a solution.

Is it possible to re install 3.3.4 on my ipAd?

Or does anyone find the problem in the config?

In my case, reviewing the log showed that the unsupported option was “route-delay 4” which does not appear to be in your list. Check the log and see which, if any, options are causing the problem.

I have the same issue and the log gives the following error:

client exception in transport_recv: crypto_alg: bf-cbc: bad cipher for data channel use

The problem started when I upgraded IOS to 17.1 and higher on my newer iphone. I have OpenVPN 3.4.1

OpenVPN continues to work on my older iphone and ipad since the IOS was not upgraded. but uses v 3.3.2

I think it has to do with IOS 17.1

Anyone has a clue
