SkyGo working on tablet, not in smartphone

Dears,
My ovpn connection works on both tablet and smartphone but when I try watching SkyGo while I am abroad, SkyGo works on the tablet whilst on smartphone it detects that I'm not in my country.
I'm using the very same ovpn file in the very same server.

Any idea to solve it?
