Connect a NAS to VPN

Hello,
I want to connect my Asustor NAS to VPN server via OpenVPN.
I followed the instructions on the site:

But, at step 4, it asks for a certificate. I couldn't find how to get it on my cloudconnexa account.
Anyone know how to do it?
