Openvpn client 2.6.6 with openssl 3.1.3 windows build

Hi all. Does anyone have any success in assembling this design? I tried to build both in linux and Windows, I get errors in all variants, the manuals listed on the site are not suitable because of their irrelevance, maybe someone has a working manual for compiling a client for windows with the specified requirements? I can't take the community installer because of the client's own improvements. Under linux, patched client working well, but it's just pain and tears to compile it for Windows. There is no sln or vsx i`ve tried to take it from older version with no success, i`m ready to give any information, please help me.
