Client Has a "Your Certificate has expired" Message But the List Command Shows Otherwise

I have a client that is reporting that they are unable to connect to the VPN and they are getting a "Your Certificate has expired" message. However, the strange part is that when I run the pivpn -l command, it shows that the server and all user certificates are valid. Not really sure what would be causing this if the certificates are showing valid. Also, I did not set this pivpn up and the person who did is no longer at my company. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
