Assign two different EIP addresses to two different client profiles

I am making an openvpn server where i have two EIP attached to the instance, One is directly attached and secondary EIP attached using network interface so now server have two different EIP addresses

I wanted to connect client1 to first EIP and assign him first EIP address and client2 will be assigned secondary EIP
I am able to connect with any of EIP address from client side but client always gets primary (First) EIP when he search for my IPV4 it shows first EIP for both clients, The client2 IPV4 should show secondary EIP address
