SIP client mac os for openVPN help

Hello Team,
I am currently using the CTIO.SIPclient on windows with openvpn which works fine but i am looking to see if there is an alternative i can use with MAC os with similar configuration.
Basically i only need to enter a username in the CTIO.sipclient which then connects to openvpn ( already configured )
