Supporting icon color-changing

As far as I understand this thing was already with called "monet" and was aded with MIUI 14 as "Background color" I was also able to try it.
This is a simple tweak that makes the interface much nicer and I would be extremely grateful if openvpn app icon start supporting this thing.
