Issue with reaching subnets while connected to OpenVPN using Windows client.

I have setup an OpenVPN server and I am able to connect successfully.
If I am using a Windows system with OpenVPN client installed I can connect but once I do I can ping 192.168.1.1 but I cannot ping 192.168.7.1.
If I use the same account on a Ubuntu system using the client I can ping both addresses.
I am new to OpenVPN so I am not sure what would be causing the windows client to be limited to system it can reach while connected but the linux client works fine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciate.
