redirect only specific windows software's exe processes though openvpn gateway

hi,
I want to pass specific applications/software's exe traffic through the OpenVPN server like I'm already able to do in OpenVPN app on my Android device, I can select there which apps I want to be redirected over the OpenVPN server gateway
does this implemented already in the OpenVPN-gui community client or in the official OpenVPN connect?
how to do this without an app / software-specific route and not by defining specific route addresses?
