OpenVPN Connect Client v3 and v2 - Blank Screen on MacOS running under VMware Player 17

I have installed OpenVPN Connect Client v3 and v2, both on MacOS Monterey running on VMware player v17. MacOS has been installed successfully and running fine. I can install other applications like google chrome browser and work fine. I have downloaded OpenVPN Connect Client version 3 and version 2, both of these software installed successfully on MacOS 12. Problem is that, when tried to open OpenVPN Connect Client, it open just blank screen. Both Version 2 and version 3. How to fix it? Thanks.
