OpenVPN Support Forum

Hello Forum,
OpenVPN app on iOS 16.4.1(a) isn't starting after authenticating. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, removed the configuration, and added it back but the connection doesn't start.

The VPN connection is to AWS Client VPN with Duo MFA. I get the login prompt for the account and then the MFA challenge. After enter the authentication and MFA code the connection doesn't start. No logs no errors nothing to assist in troubleshooting the issue.

I'll let my client know this isn't a good option for a production environment. There is no professional support or is there?
