Connection issues

I have created a cert for an employee but she cannot connect with it on her end, her logs dont even show her attempting to connect. When i use the cert on my computer, it connects and works just fine. Any ideas what could be preventing her from connecting?

Then it is likely an issue with the connection settings. If the settings are correct, then it is likely an issue with the network connection.
