How can we use OpenVPN for commercial usage?

We want to use OpenVPN code for our own commercial app in which our clients use our app to connect to our own servers using OpenVPN protocol.
Is there any possible way to do that? Like can we get some contracts/agreements with OpenVPN? Thank you!
