Use LAN for internet browsing instead of VPN

For some reason the internet connection on the VPN connected network has become incredibly slow, and whenever the VPN is connected, all internet traffic goes through that connection.
How do I configure Windows or OpenVPN Connect to use the local modem for all Internet traffic? Only connections to the 192.168.100.xxx range should be handled by the VPN, instead of the entire computer's traffic.
At the Advanced Settings from Network Connections, I already have the local LAN in first place and the VPN connection second, as shown here.
