Moving server on another IP

Hello,

inside our company we have an OpenVPN server.
OpenVPN server has local address inside server subnet and forwarding rule is created on the router.
Company is changing now its location and IP address, the local IP address is not changing, just outside router IP address would change.
Do we need any special configuration changes on server?
Or we just need to reconnect users with new server IP?
Also we have Google Authenticator configured.
Will we need to reset Authenticator in mobile phone? Or we just need to change IP address of the client?
