How do I add tls-crypt-v2 to a configuration with tls-auth?

How do I add tls-crypt-v2 to a openvpn server configuration with tls-auth?
So both options continue to work at the same time and new (tls-crypt-v2) clients and old (tls-auth) clients could be able to connect.
