Macbook M1 NON-reddirect-GW keeps disconection

I have an OpenVPN server with 2 configurations. One is "Local" and one is "Remote", the difference being that "Remote" also redirects the gateway.
On my Windows computers, both profiles are working without a problem for over 2 years now. I recently got macbook M1, where I can see that "Remote" profile is working without a problem, whereas "Local" profile keep disconnecting every 1 minute.
Does anyone have any idea what can be wrong?
