Hello everyone. I have this problem when trying to connect the VPN. After placing my username and password, another screen appears asking me for a password that I do not know. This only happens to me with the new 2023 versions, not with previous versions such as 2022. I have tried it in windows 10 and windows 11 and the same problem occurs.

you need to export that certificate with a password in this format > PKCS#8
when you export it will ask you to set a password then you use that password when you will be asked to enter it (you capture)
un certificate manager where you can "play" with all this is XCA (freeware)
