openvpn over proxy

Hello. At work, I am forced to use openvpn to access the company's servers. At the moment I'm leaving for a couple of weeks in another country, and I want my company not to know about it. As far as I understand, this can be done using the proxy settings in openvpn. Correctly I understood sense of a proxy?

I found out that cloudflare warp can simulate a proxy server, and configured the proxy server in the openvpn gui to
127.0.0.1:25565
As a result, the connection gets stuck on
UDP link remote: [AF_INET6]::1:25565
Tue Feb 21 17:57:22 2023 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Tue Feb 21 17:57:22 2023 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

What am i doing wrong? I want to hide my real IP address from openVpn server.

maybe you need to tunel twice, vpn in your country and than use company vpn
