Is there is a way to block all traffic when client is not running and connected? Something similar to Windows VPN Lock Down feature? Looks like Seamless Tunnel option only blocks internet when OpenVPN client is started.

This doesn't really make sense. The client cannot be expected to affect anything when it's not running.

Are you having a problem with the client? Why not have it running?
