Camera EZVIZ TY1 access through OPENVPN

Hi,
I have a camera EZVIZ TY1 that I can access with the application MOTION on a Debian laptop through local network url rtsp://identifier:password@192.168.1.34:554/
My ISP's router is a Huawei EG8145V5. I tried simple port forwarding from external.ip:10554 to 192.168.1.34:554 but conexion is refused
None of those devices offer OPENVPN client or server compatibility. Is there a way to create an OPENVPN that would let me access the camera via INTERNET ?
PS: I have a Debian 11 OPENVPN server on INTERNET
