Access to a local network behind a router

Hi,

I have trouble to reach 192.168.100.10 from OpenVPN Server. I have tried with several routes in Server without success. Also I forwarded the traffic from 10.20.0.9 to 192.168.100.1 in Router 2.

So, any ideas what is reason, why the Server is not able to reach subnet 192.168.100.0/24?
