Track a fisherperson fishin for pwsds catchers on FB

So I want to know how to figure out how to find the history of FB. and How OPEN VPN could make a addon that would track those who fished and got a pass and then furthar fished on FB. ? So how would OVPN RAS track this ? or could it or how would pfsense track that. LIke every one would buy a firewall that tracked who interacted with your messenger account. they must be leaving a IP and location behind ... OR are THEY behind a VPN ?
