Trouble connecting to "OpenVPN Connect" Android APP

Hi there,
I have mounted the open-source OpenVPN on my TP-link router and it is working nicely on my computer.
Also, I have imported the config file onto the OpenVPN Connect app on my Android phone; and it appears on my subdomain under "devices" - device1 is the PC and device2 is the phone. The VPN profile is loaded on my phone, too.
However, when I switch on the connect button it instantly turns off
Could someone help me get it connected?
