Function suggestions,Recommend simplifying backup and restore operations

Now, backup and restore are too complex, and I want to simplify these operations.

I agree, and it is actually one of the feature requests we have. I'll just add your vote to it. Unfortunately I can't promise you date or release version when it will be added though.
