Dear OpenVPN community,

I just moved to Costa Rica as a digital nomad but forgetting that I still need to do work in the US.

For the software for this work it is essential that I have a stable IP from North Carolina. As you can see from this question, I'm very much a noob and would appreciate any helpful feedback.

You need to reach out to a VPN provider having servers in North Carolina. The OpenVPN software alone cannot help here.
