Hi All,
New to the community so would really appreciate the help.

We have a user who's VPN software won't open at all, even with local admin rights applied.

We have tried uninstalling the program and applying Windows 10 updates but still nothing.

Any ideas? As I don't want to reset the laptop?

Can you try emptying the %temp% folder, or at least try deleting this particular file?

del %temp%\.ovpn-connect-lockfile
