I added a new user to my OpenVPN AS. I was able to set his password and login, but OpenVPN AS web interface doesn't allow me to mark "Allow auto-login" checkbox.
Please suggest,

Sorry, but, I have never seen the autologin box become greyed out on the Access Server web interface. So I don't know how I can help you exactly. Can you try from another computer or another web browser to see if the problem still exists then? And what version of Access Server is this on?

I just realized something, perhaps you are in the wrong place. Make sure to go to User Management > User PERMISSIONS page. Make sure that the user actually has the permissions to even do autologin. That checkbox will surely not be greyed out. You need to check that box and save settings and update running servers.

Under User Management > User PROFILES (note that this is not the same as user PERMISSIONS) you can then create a profile and select that it has to be an autologin profile. If the user was not granted the autologin permission, this radio button to select autologin profile will be greyed out.

I was on User Management > User PERMISSIONS page, and for some reason, I couldn't check this checkbox.
Now, after I opened admin UI again, I'm able to modify this checkbox. So I guess it's some random browser issue.

Glad to hear it works now. Strange issue though, I don't recall ever seeing the autologin checkbox on user permissions page greyed out, so it was quite confusing to hear. So I guess it must have been a temporary glitch. Thanks for reporting back.
