we are looking at getting a HUAWEI Unlocked B311s-221 4G/LTE Router VOIP VPN Bridge Mode, with a UK simcard inserted and using it in France, with Nord VPN.... A. Will the Huawei 4g VPN router work with Nord VPN, do we have to configure the 4g router or ??? B. using a UK simcard in France and Nord VPN will I presume hide the French IP address and use an assigned UK IP address so that the UK simcard thinks its in the UK.. is this correct? A: First you need a working internet connection (4G or LTE) and only then you can establish a VPN tunnel.
B: Yes, your public IP could be hidden behind the IP or any of the NordVPN exit point. this said, "your SIM" knows it is in France because it is hooked up on the French cellular network.
