I can connect my laptop to my opvpn profile without issue using my home internet wifi.

When I am traveling and when I connect my laptop up to my iPhone hot-spot it fails to connect.

When I look at the logs is says:

Username/Password Empty

Using the same profile the only difference is my internet connection!

Your logs will say a lot more than just that ..

Are you sure that you have the correct server name ?

I am using the same profile, same computer - the only difference is how I am connecting to the internet.
WOrks on home WIfi, fails when laptop connects to Iphone HotSpot.

Would adjusting the time-out help? If so, where would I do that?

It would be better to post the log of a successful connection for comparison.

From what I can gather the issue turned out to be I was over the 3 connection limit
Always the little things that makes you lose the most hair!!

Issue resolved now.
