Authorization through a proxy but traffic without a proxy

Hello, everyone!
My ISP is now blocking the connection to the OpenVPN service.
If I connect to another VPN using a different protocol and then create a second VPN connection using OpenVPN, then the OpenVPN works. And then I disable the first VPN and further work of OpenVPN is carried out without problems until it is disabled.
Therefore, a question arose:
Is there such a possibility in the client's configuration file to make it so that authorization goes through a proxy, but immediately after autorization, the proxy would not be used for OpenVPN traffic?
Thanks
