Help understanding OpenVPN

Hello,

I'm working at a company where a person that no longer works here, setup and configured OpenVPN in a raspberry PI.

It seems he also created a bunch of profiles for some users, but right now i need to create more profiles and i don't know how to start. I don't have access to the raspberry, i just have the IP.

Also i tried creating a profile using the same information as the other profiles, but the certificate is unique and i supose i need to do it from server side.

Excuse my english.

They should have left you documentation.
