OVPN server works also as client. How to allow OVPN server clients to access other networks

Hi,
I have 10 retail points with OVPN Server (on Synology RT2600ac router) in them.
Users need do access all of them but establishing 10 vpns is poor idea.
So I think I can set ubunu server with OVPN Server and Client on it.
Now this ubuntu is connected do 10 retails OVPN Servers as client and users connect to Ubuntu OVPN Server. How to route traffic from client to those 10 networks?
