OpenVPN Cloud AWS Connector Issue

Hello,
We are using OpenVPN cloud in my company and we are trying to launch an openvpn cloud connector in our AWS VPC to add a new network.
I'm using the cloudformation template that is furnished by OpenVPN.
After the stack is complete and everything is deployed, my network still say that the connector is Offline, after digging a little i saw this issue:
1. the subnet route table is not updated to target the eni of the the instance for 100.96.0.0/11, so i manually updated but it's still not working
If you have any suggestions or thing i should check do not hesitate to tell me.
