OpenVPN Support Forum

I've set up an OpenVPN server on my QNAP TS-451+. I can connect to it from both my Windows laptop and my Android mobile using OpenVPN Connect. However on both connections I can't access the NAS shares. When I ping 10.8.0.1 it fails.

I'm a new user and I've double checked all my settings and can't work out where I'm going wrong. Any advice would be welcome.

I've solved the problem. I'd failed to allow the connection through QNAP Firewall.
