TUN Error: assign: The handle is invalid.: The handle is invalid.

Hi all, new to OpenVPN, I am having issue on my Windows client when each hour it tries to do a handshake (not sure if handshake is the correct terms or not).
Getting below error, it will disconnect and ask to reconnect manually again, any idea?
Exception:
TAP: ARP flush succeeded
TAP handle: a40c000000000000
